Delivery
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return items within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process the return accordingly.
